Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the Pebblebee device is in its original condition and includes all original packaging, manuals, and charging cables to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
